New Children’s Play Area in Pueblo Montecala on the Cumbre del Sol residential development in Benitachell, designed and paid for by the Owners Association.

The Owners Association of Pueblo Montecala in the Cumbre del Sol residential development in Benitachell has financed a communal children’s play area in the development located on Goya Street.

A complete outdoor children’s play area with slide and spring rocking horses, with a padded floor covering specially designed for children’s play areas, and totally enclosed by a wooden fence.

A space designed for the littlies so that they have a space adapted for them to enjoy in the communal areas. A grand idea and initiative by the Owners Association which has improved the communal area with children in mind.

The owners of apartments in all the developments in Pueblo Montecala -Pueblo Montecala 1st stage, Pueblo Montecala 2nd stage, Bonavista de Montecala, Miramar de Montecala and Jardines de Montecala– will be able to enjoy these facilities.

With this new area and the construction of the second swimming pool in Zurbarán Street residential area, the communal services on this development have been hugely expanded and improved.

Pueblo Montecala has a large communal area in Goya Street comprising two large pools, one of them with a decorative waterfall, large terraces for enjoying the sunshine, a large number of outdoor showers, social club with bar, toilets and changing rooms, garden areas and now a children’s play area.
