Confidentiality and security are core values at VAPF, and as such, we are committed to ensuring the user's privacy at all times and to not collecting unnecessary information about the user.


Who is responsible for the processing?

What data do we collect?

The data provided by users of our website or the various social networks where we maintain a professional profile may be collected to meet different needs, all of which are easily identifiable depending on the context. For example: if a user fills out a contact form and/or participates in a specific promotion, their data will be used for those purposes and to keep them informed of any updates related to our services and/or the promotion offered. In no case do we collect more data than strictly necessary for the purposes stated at each moment. Generally, we will only collect the following types of data:
 

  •  Identification data: Name, surname, email address, and contact phone number.

 

  •  Curriculum data: These data will be used exclusively to assess the incorporation of various professional profiles into the company. Under no circumstances will these data be used for other purposes or shared with third parties.

 

The data provided by users of our CLIENT AREA authorise the VAPF GROUP, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, to include their data in its files so that they may be processed for the purpose of maintaining the necessary control over products, ensuring customer service, and providing information regarding the company’s products or related products.

 

The USER may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection recognised in Article 5(d) of the aforementioned law by contacting the VAPF GROUP directly at its registered office. The communication of personal data, as well as data relating to the completed purchase, to the entities or persons responsible for managing the CLIENT AREA service for the purposes of its electronic processing is expressly authorised.


What are the purposes of processing personal data?

A) Contact Form / Sending an Email or Making a Phone Call:
 
 If you have filled in your details on the contact form or have called or emailed us requesting information, VAPF will process your personal data in order to attend to and manage your request, addressing the information you have requested.
 
 The processing of this personal data is based on the consent you provide by actively submitting your request.
 
 You may withdraw your consent at any time, with no justification required, by expressing your wish via email to: [email protected].
 
 B) Newsletter:
 
 If you have entered your details on the newsletter contact form, VAPF will process your personal data in order to send you information about our services or promotions from VAPF.
 
 The processing of this personal data is based on the consent you provide by clicking to subscribe.
 
 You may withdraw your consent at any time, with no justification required, by expressing your wish via email to: [email protected]. You may also do so through any of the communications you receive via email from us.
 
 C) Cookies:
 
 The VAPF website installs cookies on users' browsing devices in order to collect analytical and statistical information regarding their navigation and the use of our website. Additionally, third-party cookies are processed for advertising purposes. The installation of these cookies is voluntary, and users can configure their settings or withdraw their consent at any time.

How long do we keep your data?

We will process your data for as long as necessary to address and resolve your request. Once the request has been fulfilled, the processing will cease.
 
 In cases where the legal basis for processing users' personal data has been consent (such as with resumes), consent can be withdrawn at any time and in the simplest way possible, via the same communication channel: an email sent to [email protected].
 
The withdrawal of consent, of course, will not have retroactive effects and will take effect as soon as the user expresses their intention to no longer consent to the processing of their data. After this revocation, we will cease processing your client profile, and you will no longer receive any further commercial communications.


User Registration and Passwords

VAPF provides information about its services. If the user needs to register to use a service, they will be responsible for providing truthful information, and VAPF reserves the right to exclude any user who provides false information from accessing the registered services.

 

In cases where a service involves the assignment of a password to the USER, they shall be responsible for maintaining its confidentiality, as any access carried out using that account shall be deemed to have been performed by the USER. It is also recommended that the USER change their password upon first accessing the system and memorise it to prevent its loss.

 

The USER must inform VAPF of any circumstances that may involve the misuse of passwords, such as theft or loss. Until such notification is made, VAPF shall be released from any liability that may arise from the improper use of such passwords by unauthorised third parties.
