Real Estate Advisor – Dutch Language
We are currently seeking to fill a Real Estate Advisor vacancy, with fluent Dutch. If you are a passionate and highly motivated professional in the real estate sector, enjoy working in a team-oriented, dynamic, and international environment, this is your opportunity to join the sales team at VAPF, a leading company in luxury residential tourism on the Northern Costa Blanca.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Advise clients in the decision-making process for acquiring their new home.
- Assist both national and international clients.
- Follow up with potential clients interested in our properties.
- Keep client information updated in the company's CRM, manage appointments, track clients, and handle the assigned portfolio of collaborating agents.
- Provide support in attending International property exhibitions if required.
- Analyse and optimise relationships with the agent network.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset based on company objectives.
- Residence near the workplace is a plus.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and organisational abilities for managing client portfolios.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
