Villa Nara is now part of Magnolias Design in Cumbre del Sol. A project that can now be experienced exactly as it is: built, defined and full of light.
The villa’s new photographs are now available on our website. They showcase not only its architecture, but also the atmosphere created in every space. The way light pours into the living room, how the terrace becomes part of the day area, and how the master bedroom opens to the outdoors.
Because Villa Nara is best understood by walking through it.
Living the Mediterranean from within
The project is based on a clear idea: to create a home where indoors and outdoors connect naturally.
The day area — living room, dining room and kitchen — is designed as one continuous, spacious and serene space that extends out towards the terrace and swimming pool. Large windows blur the boundaries, allowing the landscape and the sky to become part of everyday life.
In a setting like Cumbre del Sol, where the climate is pleasant for most of the year, this connection is not just an architectural detail — it’s a way of living.
Two levels, effortless living
The layout reinforces this sense of balance. The main floor brings together everyday living: three bedrooms and the day area all on one level.
The master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, becomes an especially intimate and light-filled retreat. Everything has been carefully designed to make daily life comfortable, practical and seamless.
On the lower floor, a spacious porch with terrace adds a versatile area open to many possibilities: a relaxation zone, gym, gatherings with friends, a creative space or simply a peaceful place to unwind.

Plot 34 at Magnolias is home to our show villa, now fully completed. Visiting it allows you to appreciate the proportions, materials and finishes, and to truly understand how the spaces connect.
