Lirios Shopping Centre reopens its doors in Cumbre del Sol

news-main-image

Some places become part of a community’s collective memory. Spaces that, over time, still preserve their potential to once again become places for meeting, living and activity. This is precisely what is happening with Lirios Shopping Centre in Cumbre del Sol, whose reopening is already underway with a new vision adapted to the present and future of the area.

Lirios Shopping Centre is now beginning a new stage with the aim of recovering its essence and transforming itself into a dynamic, modern space connected to the international lifestyle that today defines Cumbre del Sol.

This initiative is linked to VIVENTIA, a project designed to build community and extend the residential experience beyond the home itself, creating an active environment throughout the year where leisure, wellbeing, services and commercial activity coexist.

Located between Jávea and Moraira, in the heart of Cumbre del Sol, the shopping centre enjoys a privileged location next to the resort’s main road and just a few minutes from Cala del Moraig. The reopening is scheduled for July 2026 and will bring 15 commercial units for rent onto the market, distributed between the ground floor and first floor.

The available spaces range from 50 to 200 m², many of them with terraces and sea views, as well as outdoor and covered parking. The project is open to different types of businesses: restaurants, cafés, wellness, fitness, health services, specialised retail, offices and services aimed at an established international clientele throughout the year.

One of the project’s most attractive aspects is its flexible approach. Future operators will be able to adapt each unit to the needs of their business, while a complete renovation of the exterior areas of the complex is being carried out to restore its presence and appeal. In addition, rental conditions have been specifically designed to facilitate the launch of new businesses, including staggered rent-free periods of up to 18 months.

The reopening of Lirios Shopping Centre represents much more than the recovery of a commercial space. It is a commitment to revitalising a well-established area of the North Costa Blanca, generating new business opportunities and creating a place designed to enjoy, share and connect.
