Update on building progress of the Pueblo Montecala apartments with terraces on the Cumbre del Sol Residential Development in Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira in Alicante province.

Building of the second communal area in the Pueblo Montecala development is advancing in leaps and bounds: by next summer this second communal area with swimming pool will be ready to enjoy.

The new communal area of the swimming pool is almost finished; all that remains is to complete the last details of construction and to clean up the pool and its surrounding paved area, shower and toilet area and changing rooms. The pool has been built with a shallow area specifically for small children to enjoy.

We have posted photos taken this month, October 2008, so that you can see how the area is currently looking. As soon as it is completely finished, handed over to the owners’ association and the pool officially opened, we shall notify you through the VAPF Group monthly newsletters and in the news section of its website.

This is particularly good news for owners of apartments in Zurbarán Street and Murillo Street of the Pueblo Montecala development, since they will be within a stone’s throw of the new communal area and its swimming pool. And all the other apartment owners on the Pueblo Montecala development will also benefit, since they can use either one of the two communal area pools.
