As we already know, Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol is located on a privileged place regarding its climate, sea proximity and other natural features that also are related to the availability of natural products for the fine gastronomy. On 23 November the local cuisine quality was once again recognized: two restaurants in the Marina Alta were awarded with a Michelin Guide star. The restaurants "Audrey's by Rafa Soler" in Calpe and "El Rodat de Xàbia" in Jávea, both located very close to Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. Chefs Nazario Cano from "El Rodat de Xàbia" and Rafa Soler from "Audrey's by Rafa" put the Marina Alta area within cutting-edge haute cuisine circuit, and increase the number of Michelin stars to the province of Alicante to 12. You are invited to enjoy next week one of the most anticipated gastronomic events in Jávea: the 6th La Mar de Tapas gastronomic fair and tapas crawling, to take place from 13 to 15 October. In this tapas crawling event you can enjoy delicacies from different restaurants and bars of the seaside district of Duanes de la Mar (Port of Jávea) and -in addition to enjoying the excellent gastronomy based on seafood- there will be a crafts market and live music performances, batukada drum show and xaranga. Last August, Javea’s Tennis Club celebrated its Social Tournament, in which the Grupo VAPF collaborated as a special sponsor, financing both part of the tournament and the prizes awarded to the winners of all categories. For us in Grupo VAPF it was a pleasure to support Jávea’s Tennis Club and to share special moments with all participants in this tournament at the same time we supported sports and social activities in our community. The Tennis Club Jávea is organizing its Social Tournament 2017 from 14 to 26 of August, and Grupo VAPF will be the sponsors and will hand over the first prize. This tournament is opening competitions in tennis, paddle and squash disciplines, in both male and female categories, so if you want to participate you are still on time to enroll at the Tennis Club.
