Unlike most cities and municipal districts, the Costa Blanca Norte horizon is framed by a unique coastline with seemingly endless kilometres of beaches, sandy coves and countryside to discover. In the heart of this natural paradise, close to the town of Benissa, you’ll find Racó de Galeno. A group of villas where the blue of the sea contrasts with the greenest surroundings, and it will be love at first sight. Today we’d like to tell you about VAPF’s Neva and Lena villas. Two projects which are a perfect example of how it’s possible to create homes that adapt to and respect the environment, where living amidst nature is a true luxury.   Villa Neva: a blend of wood, concrete and stone These three components combine in perfect architectural harmony. Although Villa Neva and Villa Lena are surrounded by nature, nevertheless they are not isolated, but really well communicated with Calpe and Benissa, and in just a few minutes you can be in the centre of either town, and enjoy another side of the Costa Blanca: its urban areas with an enviable array of entertainment, culture and cuisine.
