We can all agree that this year has been very atypical one in which we have lived through some very complicated moments. However, the end of the year celebrations have finally arrived and we can disconnect a bit thanks to the magic of Christmas. We all want to take advantage of the holidays to spend time with our loved ones (respecting safety and health protocols), to exchange gifts and to be grateful for all the good things in our lives. From VAPF, we would like to thank you for trusting us and for deciding to be part of our family.
We started the year off with a bang as we were able to organise our traditional VAPF real estate agents’ convention. We all gathered to find out more about Cumbre del Sol thanks to a guided tour of the residential complex. The place we chose for the reception was not random, as you could discover throughout the day: the location of our new Golf Suites La Sella development. However this wasn’t the only news we shared, as we also announced a new development in Altea under construction: Azure Altea Homes 2.
We also can’t forget the success of our villas and apartment models available at our Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, a residential complex ideally located where you can enjoy an infinite number of services that we are constantly working to improve. In addition, a new restaurant opened its doors in the summer. You will have everything you need (fibre optics, supermarket, tennis courts, etc.) and your children will benefit from a quality education thanks to Lady Elizabeth School and our collaboration agreement
Unfortunately, this year is also notable for the absence of certain emblematic events that we were forced to cancel. It is only a matter of time and we hope to meet again next year to celebrate the traditional St. John’s Night, Belgian National Day and the classic car rally.
At VAPF, we have also worked to adapt to this new situation as we always want to be available and accessible to you. That’s why we have created a new virtual tour service that allows you not only to get a first look at your new home, but also to enjoy a series of advantages. Because of these projects, but above all because of you all, we are able to continue growing and building homes on the Costa Blanca. Thank you for this 2020; we assure you that we will continue to work hard to offer you superior quality services and amenities in this unique location that we are privileged to live in.
