Real Estate Advisor – Dutch Language

We are currently seeking to fill a Real Estate Advisor vacancy, with fluent Dutch. If you are a passionate and highly motivated professional in the real estate sector, enjoy working in a team-oriented, dynamic, and international environment, this is your opportunity to join the sales team at VAPF, a leading company in luxury residential tourism on the Northern Costa Blanca.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Advise clients in the decision-making process for acquiring their new home.
  • Assist both national and international clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients interested in our properties.
  • Keep client information updated in the company's CRM, manage appointments, track clients, and handle the assigned portfolio of collaborating agents.
  • Provide support in attending International property exhibitions if required.
  • Analyse and optimise relationships with the agent network.

 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset based on company objectives.
  • Residence near the workplace is a plus.
  • Driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and organisational abilities for managing client portfolios.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
