It is always good to hear good news.
That is why we would like to share with you that, in 2026, at Grupo VAPF we have once again chosen to collaborate with UNICEF, reaffirming our commitment to the most vulnerable children. The resources we are providing are helping to improve and transform the lives of boys and girls in the most disadvantaged settings.
When it comes to children with disabilities, the barriers they face are multiplied, making it more difficult for them to access education and healthcare or, simply, to live within their communities on an equal footing.
The support we can provide has a real impact on their daily lives.
In the Gaza Strip, Ali and Maryam were born with hearing impairments. The terrible conflict took their mother from them and, during the repeated displacements they were forced to endure, they lost their hearing aids. This prevented them from attending classes, communicating or interacting in a highly dangerous environment.
With the support of UNICEF and its partners, we have been providing aid in Gaza. Thanks to this, they were able to receive new hearing aids, allowing them to regain part of their routine and experience their childhood with some sense of normality once again.
