At VAPF we like to involve Cumbre del Sol residents, and inform them about the new properties we have for sale along with everything that’s going on at the resort, and of course we invite them to come and see for themselves what’s available as well as having a chat, an exchange of opinions and just keeping in touch.
That is why we held our Open Days at Montecala Gardens on the 5, 6 and 7 April, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had an impressive response and we would like to thank everyone who visited and came to see the Montecala Gardens show house and the subsequent phases of this project that is currently under construction at Cumbre del Sol.
We received some extremely satisfying comments and feedback, and both the design and the quality of the apartments was much appreciated, all of which tells us that we are on the right track. It was great to see so many new faces and familiar ones too, all enjoying the positive atmosphere and an energy that was palpable on those special days.
However, for anyone who couldn’t attend our open days don’t worry. At VAPF we are always thinking about and planning new events to bring the Costa Blanca Norte to more people, such as the webinar “Montecala Gardens Special” which we will be holding on Thursday 27 April. This presentation will exclusively reveal the new phase of the sale – Montecala Gardens Pinazo, with 3Ds of the project, drone flight, features, fixtures and fittings, and availability, so that we can show you all the details of this development. Construction work has begun, and the first units have already been reserved, so if you are interested, get in touch with us and make a date to come and see us, and we will be happy to show you the project in person.
