Furthermore, as we know that travelling can be complicated right now, we have set up a virtual tour service that you can access by filling out this form so that an agent can contact you. After the visit, if you book a property, you will benefit from a special offer (€3,000 instead of €12,000 to book, valid for 30 days or until you can make an in person visit) and a 2.5% discount on the final price (offer valid until 31/12/2020). If you need it, we offer one night in a hotel with expenses paid to visit VAPF developments. If you are not convinced by the property, we can show you other models that we have available or give you back 70% of the reservation.
Once you have begun the purchase process, you can access our Extranet platform free of charge, from which you can consult the plans and legal documents remotely and securely, keep up with the process and even contact us. Furthermore, so that there are no issues during your move, we help you to activate the basic services (community expenses, water, electricity…) and we take care of the cost of the building insurance during the first year. You can leave behind any stress or worry because we´ve got you covered!
Finally, we would also like to mention that we have a key storage service which VAPF will provide, whenever a customer requests it, a copy of the keys so that we can intervene if there is a problem, or open the door if you forget yours.
