This July, at VAPF we are celebrating a brand new event. We are inaugurating our new show home at Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort. We would love you to pay us a visit so that you can see it in person.
The show home in question is the villa 169 Magnolias Design. This well established development is celebrated for its contemporary design and its views of the Mediterranean. The villa is designed for outdoor living and for making the most of the hours of sunshine on the Costa Blanca, and you can enjoy them to the full on its huge terrace complete with infinity pool.
Would you like to see it? We are holding open days throughout July. We will be at 169 Magnolias Design from Monday to Friday. The villa can be viewed from 10 am to 6.30 pm, although we will take a one hour break from 2 to 3 pm.

Summer is less than a month away! Have you made your plans yet? At Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, residents have no timetables, and every day is a new adventure! The hours fly by and there’s no shortage of activities. Do you want to know what a summer at Cumbre del Sol is like? Read on!
How do your summer days begin? Here, of course, with the sea in the background. From the terrace of our Montecala Gardens apartments, you can experience the Mediterranean in a unique way. Block 1 of these apartments will be ready in summer and soon we will have the showhome available to visit. So, you will be able to see for yourself that what we have told you doesn’t even cover all its features. Are you ready to join us?

At the Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol you will find stunning coves. They are therefore the ideal place to go for a swim and enjoy the sun. Cala Moraig is probably the best known and most popular, but no less spectacular for that. If you prefer something more intimate and quieter, Cala Llebeig is the place for you. Secluded and surrounded by nature, you will practically escape from civilisation and get swept away among its cliffs.
Lunchtime arrives and the range of options at Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol is very extensive. You can enjoy traditional local food at Restaurante La Cumbre or at Como en casa. Or if you’re looking for something different, you’ll love Acantilados del Sol or Dreamsea Mediterranean Camp, but your home is also a good choice! The spacious dining rooms in our apartments will ensure that you and your family enjoy a high standard banquet.

For you, what colour represents summer? For us, it’s without a doubt white. Purity, peace, love, tranquillity… It’s everything we look for during summer! And given that we don’t want yours to be about daydreaming but about reality, we’re going to introduce you to your ideal destination: Altea.
Mykonos has nothing on this town in the province of Alicante. The contrast between its white facades and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea proves what an idyllic setting it is. Altea is situated in the bay between the Punta del Albir and the Morro de Toix. This town is also the official Cultural Capital of the Valencian Community. Altea is home to nature, culture, history and tradition.
The town’s old quarter is home to the remains of a castle and the Church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo. These places we have just mentioned are precious treasures of Altea’s history. Make sure to bring your comfortable shoes so you can tour the various points of interest that Altea has inherited throughout its history.

But it is often complicated and even impossible to visit it as often as we would like to. At VAPF, we know that this can happen. One of the advantages of summer is the diversity of leisure activities. Beach, mountain, swimming pool, countryside, cities, villages… And among all the options, there are also some truly luxurious ones! This is the case for our villas in the heart of the Costa Blanca North, an unbeatable location! The luxury starts on the outside and ends inside the villas that are currently under construction. Where are we talking about specifically? We are talking about Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol.
If we start with the landscape, Granadella Natural Park in Jávea borders Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. But the connection between land and sea is another of the great attractions of this area. Here we can enjoy everything from historic cliffs to stunning beaches and coves. A real luxury of nature, isn’t it?
However, in summer there are two types of people. There are those who enjoy their free time from first thing in the morning, making the most of the natural light. And there are those who prefer to save their time for the evening to enjoy the summer breeze when the sun has gone down.
