We can all agree that this year has been very atypical one in which we have lived through some very complicated moments. However, the end of the year celebrations have finally arrived and we can disconnect a bit thanks to the magic of Christmas. We all want to take advantage of the holidays to spend time with our loved ones (respecting safety and health protocols), to exchange gifts and to be grateful for all the good things in our lives. From VAPF, we would like to thank you for trusting us and for deciding to be part of our family.
We started the year off with a bang as we were able to organise our traditional VAPF real estate agents’ convention. We all gathered to find out more about Cumbre del Sol thanks to a guided tour of the residential complex. The place we chose for the reception was not random, as you could discover throughout the day: the location of our new Golf Suites La Sella development. However this wasn’t the only news we shared, as we also announced a new development in Altea under construction: Azure Altea Homes 2.
We also can’t forget the success of our villas and apartment models available at our Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol, a residential complex ideally located where you can enjoy an infinite number of services that we are constantly working to improve. In addition, a new restaurant opened its doors in the summer. You will have everything you need (fibre optics, supermarket, tennis courts, etc.) and your children will benefit from a quality education thanks to Lady Elizabeth School and our collaboration agreement
Unfortunately, this year is also notable for the absence of certain emblematic events that we were forced to cancel. It is only a matter of time and we hope to meet again next year to celebrate the traditional St. John’s Night, Belgian National Day and the classic car rally.

Without a doubt, Christmas is one of the most special times of year in which everyone enjoys spending time with their loved ones, sharing moments and long conversations, giving gifts, and taking the time to be thankful. From VAPF Group, we want to thank you for all the moments we have shared together up until now, for putting your trust in us, and for choosing to be a part of the VAPF family.
2019 makes 56 years that we’ve been by your side, and this year has been one filled with various successes, many of which we have you to thank. Would you like to join us for a trip down memory lane and the most special events that we’ve lived this year?
This year has been filled with new updates and developments with, for example, the launching of our new luxury homes developments. The new Jazmines Villas models or the launch of the second phase of the Montecala Gardens development, as well as Block B of the Blue Infinity apartments were our largest projects in 2019. Furthermore, we organised an Open House and Cava Afternoons event so that our customers and those interested could have a first-hand look at the villas and inquiries or ask questions.
Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol stands out for a variety of new services. Therefore, in our interest in continuing to improve, at the beginning of June we inaugurated two new clay tennis courts. Furthermore, at an educational level, a collaboration agreement was signed with the Lady Elizabeth School for the benefit of the future residents of Cumbre del Sol. And in July, we welcomed fibre optics!
The warm Mediterranean sun, beaches, coves, and being in close contact with nature all make this setting a unique one. To make sure you’re able to make the most of everything that the summer offers here, Group VAPF organises a long list of activities and events such as Saint John’s Eve, Belgian National Day festivities, and the 3rd Annual Antique Card Rally. What’s more, on August 25th, the Tour of Spain passed through Alto del Puig Llorença, located at Cumbre del Sol.
