Description of villa

Corvo is a home designed to be built on the plots within the Cumbre del Sol urbanization, a model adapted to the slope of the land, with views spanning across the Mediterranean Sea from its terrace.

A villa designed following the contemporary "modern" style, highlighting the main façade of the house, facing the sea, which consists of a large glass wall that fills the lounge and the master bedroom with light, and the overhanging roof creates an open and protected area which can be used as a veranda.

The location and layout of this villa means that it enjoys stunning sea views plus plenty of light. Spread over two floors, the main floor houses the entrance hall to the house, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a second bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry and the living-dining room with access to the porch and the pool terrace. The basement includes a covered parking area, the machine room and large open space of around 50 square meters which can be converted into an additional bedroom, an exercise room or independent studio, and space available to install a lift up to the main floor.

A villa design which is currently under construction at the Magnolias Design II Residential Estate, but can be built on any plot of your choice within the Cumbre del Sol urbanization.
