Villa Palma is a minimalist house with a contemporary design located in Magnolias Design, an established area destined to the building of personalised villas on the Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. This already built property has open views of the resort, of its natural surroundings and of course, of the sea with the Peñon de Ifach in the background. It is laid out all on one floor, which just adds to the comfort. The kitchen, fitted with all the electrical appliances, is open to the living/dining room.
