Apartments for rent at Cumbre del Sol
This summer the apartment rental prices in the Valencian Autonomous Region have been reduced with discounts between 10 and 15%, depending on the area and the accommodation.
The price for an apartment on the beach with all interior fittings and swimming pool for four or five people for one week in August, including VAT, varies by area: in Denia the price is 770 euros; in Benidorm (a building in the town centre)it is 646 euros; in Orihuela (urbanization), 663 euros; and in Cumbre del Sol Poble Nou de Benitachell it is 550 euros.
According to recent data published, occupancy in the Valencia region is in the region of 70% at the start of July, although with the trend of last minute bookings, this figure is expected to rise. This factor, together with the saturation of competing tourist destinations such as Turkey and Morocco and the contribution of the British pound, which is improving against the euro, are increasing the appeal primarily of the Costa Blanca (one of the favourite destinations for UK holiday makers), and we dare predict an increase in occupancy during the month of August in the Valencia region, particularly in the North Costa Blanca.
