VAPF Group comprises a set of companies, each one of which specialises in a specific construction field and associated services and, in conjunction with the head company VAPF, S.L., is committed to the development and construction of complexes and housing units on the Costa Blanca.

From its central offices in Benissa, VAPF Group has been building developments since 1963 in the Costa Blanca towns of Benitachell, Javea, Lliber, Moraira, and Calpe. It is currently working on the Cumbre del Sol development, VAPF Group’s largest project to date in terms of number of housing units and the infrastructure and services for the development.
