75 kilometres from Alicante and 102 kilometres from Valencia, it is conveniently situated halfway between the Community of Valencia’s two airports, Manises airport in Valencia and Altet airport in Alicante, served by a large number of domestic and international flights as well as low-cost airlines.
It also has excellent road access provided by the Mediterranean Dual Carriageway (AP-7), located just 10 kms from Exit 63 in Benissa.

Directions to the Cumbre del Sol residential development from Exit 63 AP-7 in Benissa: after leaving the dual carriageway, continue towards Teulada and once in Teulada, continue along the Av. Del Mediterráneo, at the end of this road join the Teulada-Benitachell road, once in Benitachell cross the town heading towards Javea on the Avenida de Alicante. At the end of this road, on the right you will see the signs marking the entrance to the Cumbre del Sol residential development.
