The Trekking and Heritage seminar is aimed at all outdoor enthusiasts who wish to discover the natural, cultural and ethnographic heritage of our geography through the Long-Distance Trails.

Heritage and trekking in the Carrascal de la Font Roja Natural Park.

Toponymy as a descriptive element of the territory.

Planning long-distance routes.

Excursion to the Carrascal de la Font Roja Natural Park for the purpose of applying all the theoretical and practical contents in the itinerary.
