VAPF GROUP CHRISTMAS 2009 GREETINGS

Dear friends and customers,

Once again, we at VAPF Group would like to thank you for placing your trust in us and we offer you a summary of our activities during 2009.

Outstanding among VAPF Group activities in 2009 was the construction and inauguration of the school located at the north entrance to Cumbre del Sol residential complex in Benitachell. The school has 30 classrooms, a large library, IT and music practice rooms, a refectory with panoramic views, cloakroom, offices, sick bay, staffroom, sports pitches and gym, indoor swimming pool with large changing rooms and ample car parking area. It is a school designed and built to meet the needs of children in the first years of their education.

The school is run by Laude Schools, which moved its Lady Elizabeth School originally located in Jávea to Cumbre del Sol (Benitachell); this is the “Junior School” for infant and primary pupils; the “Senior School” is located in Lliber near a VAPF Group promotion soon to be released onto the market.

This year has been a difficult one for the economy and for the real estate sector in particular, but however thanks to VAPF Group efforts improvements have been made to the infrastructure and access routes for Cumbre del Sol: the Iris sector has been developed, street lighting has been installed in the Lirios and Magnolias Plus residential areas, and other activities which, in tandem with work by the town council as part of the Plan E initiative, have brought an improved image for the residential development.
