Miramar de Montecala March 2009

The photos of progress of works on Miramar de Montecala development as at March 2009 are available for viewing. Sea-view apartments on the Cumbre del Sol residential development in Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira in Alicante province.

At the current time the exterior finishes of the apartment blocks are practically complete, with just a few finishing touches remaining to be carried out. The work on the inside of the sea-view apartments is at an advanced stage; they have been tiled and the floors laid and some already have their internal doors fitted, as can be seen in the photos of the progress of works on Miramar de Montecala development as at March 2009.

         

Bathrooms are fully tiled and of course the electrical and plumbing pre-fitting is finished and the bathtub installed. The tiling in the kitchen is finished and all that remains to be done is to install the electrical fittings and down-lighting, and of course to fit the kitchen with all the appliances included, materials and extras as chosen and contracted by each owner.

The plaster mouldings have been completed in each of the apartment rooms, along with interior and exterior painting and, in some cases, the interior woodwork. All of these details can be viewed in the photos of the progress of works on Miramar de Montecala development as at March 2009.
