New Sports Centre on the Cumbre del Sol Development in Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira in the province of Alicante.

The first stage of the new Sports Centre on the Cumbre del Sol Development has been finished. This stage has seen the construction of 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts and the changing area. It is the first stage of a more extensive and ambitious project to offer more sports options which all the residents of Cumbre del Sol can take advantage of.

The Sports Centre is located in the Fresnos Area right next to the Pueblo de la Paz development and has been provisionally opened; to use the courts CALL 664 490 138 and ask for Angelika Pirwitz.

Last Sunday 13 July, the first Cumbre del Sol Paddle Tennis Tournament was held and was a very successful event, well received by all the residents. Attached is the photo of the trophy award ceremony.

Next Sunday 3 August is the first Cumbre del Sol Junior Tennis Tournament for children aged from 6 to 12. Tournament entry fee is 10 € with barbecue included, to sign up call 664 490 138(Angelika).
