The upcoming European Formula 1 Grand Prix to be held on the Valencia Street Circuit will see a huge number of activities organised in parallel, turning the Grand Prix into quite a party.

The European Formula 1 Grand Prix will take place on 22, 23 and 24 August 2008 on the Valencia Street Circuit.
Organisers have worked hard to turn Valencia into a party zone over the Formula 1 period, and a large number of activities such as concerts and leisure areas have been organised in parallel with the sporting event, turning it into an unforgettable experience.

Concerts: music takes centre stage with "Formula 1 Night", a free concert on Friday 22 August at 22:30 to inaugurate the leisure activities programme coinciding with the European Grand Prix. It will take place between the Flores and Exposicion bridges across the Turia River bed, with performances by Gloria Stefan, Juan Luis Guerra and Quinta Estacion.

Motor Box Experience: all the Formula 1 experience at the Valencia Showground from 21 to 25 August. Karts on indoor and outdoor circuits, Scalextric, simulators, more concerts, etc.

Malvarrosa Beach Park, from 15 to 24 August open from 11:00 to 20:00, an extensive leisure area where you can see the world of the motor car close-up and find out more about the Valencia street circuit.

Hemisferic Photo Point, from 15 to 24 August in the City of Art and Science, have a photograph taken of yourself sitting in a Formula 1 race car.
