EXTERIOR WALLS
Double wall made with ceramic brick of 11 cm, on exterior wall, insulation chamber and wall with ceramic brick of 7 cm
INTERIOR WALLS
7 cm thick wall out of ceramic airbricks with a total thickness of 10 cm (exterior walls) or 9 cm (interior walls) including the plastering.
ROOFING
Ceramic arabian style roof tiles fixed with cement mortar onto pre-stressed concrete beams, ceramic brick partition walls, asphaltic layer, secured with cement.
INSULATION IN WALLS
Expanded high density polystyrene, 3 cm thick, incorporated into the internal cavity
INSULATION IN ROOFS
Partition walls out of ceramic bricks forming air chambers, with approved asphalted covering.
INSULATION ON TERRACES
Approved asphaltic layer, 2 cm layer of fine sand, 3 cm layer of cement and floortiles. On big terraces over concrete floors, the slope will be formed with waterproofing material such as perlite or arlite.
ELECTRICAL FITTINGS
GENERAL
Fitted electrical installation carried out in accordance with the electronic regulations for low tension, with first quality make fuse box, prepared for contracting 5,75 kw.
